Turning Setbacks into Comebacks

I started on LinkedIn to look for a job, never dreaming I'd start a business instead.

I envisioned a path paved with opportunities.
I've got 20+ years in my field.
I'm damn good at what I do.
None of that matters when you're stacked against 1732 other applicants who are damn good too.

'EasyApply' quickly felt like a fast-track to 'mass rejection'.
With an inbox filled with 50+ rejection letters, it was clear -
a pivot was necessary.

I revisited freelancing, but the landscape is filled with people scrambling to underbid a $12/hr budget. Gross. Icky. Yuck.

🔍 Reflection & Realization:
I took the last month to really reflect and ideate.
Figuring how aligning my skills with market demands not only serves my goals but also creates opportunities for others.

💡 Strategic Pivot:
It's been transformative.
I dove deep into market research and some honest self-assessment.
I'm figuring out a new path.
I'm creating a job for myself and others.

💯 I'm Terrified:
I know this won't be easy.
I'm risking it all.
But I know it will be worth it.
